Booking Information

The type of hard standing will enable you to erect awnings and peg them into the ground.

There are sufficient electric hook ups at the new venue that there will be no need for a very long lead.

Pitch with electric hook-up £35.00 per day

Pitch without electric hook-up £18.00 per day

Pitches for tents £7.50 per day

There is no car parking charge if booking a camping pitch

Payment by Bank Transfer only

Cancellation with full refund before 12^th June 2026.

Arrival Time:

Pitches available from 10am on Friday 19th June

Departure time:

Site must be vacated by 11.00 am on Sunday 21st June

Toilets and Shower facilities are available at the venue, these are open 24 hours a day.

There are Café facilities at the venue, which will be open for breakfast on Dobiefest day.

The café/restaurant will be open for the duration of the event. Prior booking may be required subject to numbers attending the event.

Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.

Please use a short lead when in the arena, to avoid conflict with reactive dogs.

You must pick up after your dog and place waste into the dog waste bins only, DO NOT PUT DOG WASTE IN THE GENERAL WASTE BINS.

There is an Elsan point onsite located at the left hand side of the Pavilion.
